There is a serious build-up of rubbish in the rear communal area of Typographic Building, Clapham Road SW9 0QE. This has attracted rats and flies, and rats are now seen climbing the walls near residential windows. The area is not being cleaned or maintained and is affecting multiple flats. Please inspect urgently and arrange pest control and waste removal.
