Unsightly car port

I’d like to report an unauthorised structure . A car port has been built without planning permission and appears to be outside the property boundary. I believe this may be in breach of planning control, especially since none of the other houses in Knighton have this structure. It also looks like the structure sheds the roof drainage to the adjacent property.
