Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8572636.

This patch has been reported several times since last year and has now completely failed. Despite being market for over a month it has deteriorated and now forces traffic into middle of unlit blind narrowing bend to avoid damage.
