Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8572392.

Illegally putting bins out on the road to save parking spots. This is causing an issue with oncoming traffic due to vehicles stopping in the middle of the road to move the bins. This is also taking up parking spaces which should be available to all.
