Multiple Potholes and potholes forming and road surface deteriorating.

The road surface between the temporary traffic lights and 318 Turton Road is in a poor state. There is multiple Potholes and some that are forming. The road surface is falling apart and some of the potholes are ones that have previously been filled and have formed again.
