Loose manhole cover

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8569813.

West and wales gas recently did work in south street since then the manhole cover outside of 26 south street appears to have become loose making a noise everytime a car goes over it

The manhole cover in question is next to the lamp post directly outside of my property 26 South Street Torre TQ2 5AA every time a car goes over it rattles noisily
