Gully not working again

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8568981.

This is an ongoing issue where the drain on this side of the road doesn't work causing flooding of my property. Thames Water have been out and have said it's not their issue to deal with although it looks like the drainage between the two sides of the road. The gully needs sucking out and clearing. I'm not one to moan but one drain seems to be the reason my grounds get flooded severely. Last year we were knee deep in the back garden.

    I can see action scheduled so hopefully that will solve it. Not sure when that is in for. With the light rain we have had for this afternoon, it's still remaining as non-functional
