Congestion snd blocked road

Church Road near the Prinary school/church entrance is constantly being blocked with traffic unable to move in either direction due to Road being reduced to single lane by inconsiderate parents parking to pick up children. One side needs to be double yellow lines with no parking allowed by anyone, taken 20 minutes or more to pass in recent weeks especially when it rains. This is a direct route into the village and very busy, needs traffic measures to prevent backlog and congestion please. Would also help improve air quality with less engine emissions.
