Crossing floods every time it rains

The crossing outside Oxford Road Community school floods next to the pavement every time it rains. This has happened since they worked on the bus lane. Im an adult and have to either jump, walk through getting my feet wet or walk round towards the railing. Children using the crossing are also having issues getting over without getting wet. At times, pedestrians waiting to cross are splashed by cars driving through that puddle.
