Vegetation overhanging from adjacent land has narrowed the carriageway to the extent that vehicles are being forced onto the wrong side of the road to pass. This presents a highway safety risk, particularly for oncoming traffic and cyclists. The land appears to belong to a new build house that is unoccupied and on the market. The situation has been deteriorating for at least 2 years.
