Flooding from road into drive

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8565649.

There is a huge lake/puddle in roadside outside 181, So50 9dw, it is now going across pavement and flooding the drive! This has been reported before but got looked at on a dry day 2 weeks after report! The traffic hitting this water is becoming dangerous as it is an A road! Anyone walking on pavement will get soaked!
