While I realise that today’s rain is unusual, this drain is never effective and the large puddle that forms hides the yellow lines so people park illegally. There are also drivers who will drive through this puddle splashing any pedestrians.

Updates

  • The puddling of water and blocking of these drains is persistently an issue and has been for the 8 years we have lived in the village. The issue was forwarded to a department who emailed to say that they were not responsible for the issue. Please forward to someone who will take responsibility.
