Maintenance of Grass Verge and Pavement Areas – Imray Place, Wallingford OX10 9FW

I live at Imray Place, Wallingford OX10 9FW. I understand that the pavement and grassed walking areas at the front of my property, and along the length of Imray Place, were originally under the ownership of David Wilson Homes and were formally adopted by Oxfordshire County Council on 25 March 2024. I would like to raise a concern regarding the condition of these grassed areas. Having lived here for over two years, I can say that, to my knowledge, no maintenance has been carried out during this time. There has been no mowing, reseeding, or general upkeep. As a result, the grass verges along the road have become very sparse and muddy in places due to general wear. The condition has now deteriorated to a point where remedial work is needed, likely including reseeding or re-turfing, alongside the introduction of a regular maintenance schedule. I would be grateful if you could confirm whether these areas are now included within the Council’s maintenance programme and advise when inspection and remedial works might be planned.
