  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.

    These drains have been installed to stop our property being flooded at The Haven Buckingham Rd Slip Rd. They are blocked now as they have never been cleared out since installation 4 years ago. Please service them before our property is damaged again. If not serviced soon I will be claiming damages to our property.
