Trees are dangerously high and are causing me drainage problems.

The pine needles from them travel all the way to Harrison road and are blocking my gutters and drains. They are so high the needles and branches are coming off and causing damage to my property such as my car and van in high winds and are blocking my downpipes and gutters.
