Bin men changed staff? Deliberately not collect the bins. many weeks now./Cretan road HMOs , landlords took profitable rents, dumped rubbish on the alley way, students are dumping trash at other residents bins. Students don't pay council tax, but the landlord should heavily pay Liverpool. 3rd party cleaners dumped trash. Public health and Safety is ruined, water is contaminated
