Gutters and drains on A428 require attention

1. The gutters on the south side of the A428 from Cracks Hill Lodge to the Moorings restaurant (opposite Magnolia cafe) are full of debris, chippings and vegetation meaning the drains are blocking. In some places there is so much debris that the white lines at the sides of the roads can't be seen. Cars will drive through this debris and it gets shot into pedestrians faces especially children's faces. 2. Having just walked down the hill from West Lodge I noticed that one of the drains is completely blocked causing excess water flowing down the road. I got soaked as several cars just drove straight through the "river " flowing down the side of the road. 3. The pavements on the south side of A428 from Cottage farm to 50m past Cracks Hill lodge towards the canal are flooded and means that pedestrians have to walk on the road. Walking into the village is dangerous.
