Deep pothole

Current pothole which is 18 inches wide and 7-8 inches deep outside of the centenary memorial.

  • The Pot Hole is at the junction of Castle Road and Compton Road adjacent to the Home Farm entrance, also the second dangerous pot hole is 300 yards south of Threefold travelling towards the A428, this pot hole is 24 inches across and 9 inches deep, and in a very dangerous part of the road.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 2 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 7 days.
