This issue was reported weeks ago and all that has happened is 2 unsightly barriers have been placed with sand bags - this is a serious health risk with already one resident falling in and a horse almost doing the same. The road is starting widen and hole getting worse - there needs to be a safety grid built into the road or there will be a serious accident to individuals

Directly outside drive of Rose cottage and Garth Cottage in Duntisbourne Abotts - would really appreciate help on this as it seems to have been closed on the system as fixed - pictures clearly show not to be the case

We will investigate the issue. If additional clearance work is needed, the local highways team will prioritise the most urgent reports. Where possible, maintenance tasks will be grouped together in a schedule for efficiency.
Sometimes during periods of heavy rain, even a clear gully can be overwhelmed. Usually the water will drain away within an hour.
