Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8557727.

The pothole has been reported by someone before and it is on the Hampshire Councils page but it caused 3 tyre blowouts this morning at around 7am. All cars made it to the Falcon Garage and are awaiting recovery or ability to repair. but Hampshire Councils need to come and fill this, even temporarily as the whole line of previous fill is collapsing.
