Neighbour parking in a turn in the road outside my driveway

Constantly parking in the turn in the road, using it as an extension of their driveway. Forcing me to reverse onto oncoming traffic, also no emergency services can turn around, which we had an insidence with a fire engine that had trouble doing a 3point turn, they stand there watching me struggle in an out of my driveway, I can't use my drive for multiple car's as I wouldn't be able to get them off.

    Still parking in the turn in the road outside my driveway, the only car that can turn there is the blue Citroën. I'm constantly doing multiple point turns to get in and out of my driveway,or forced to reverse into oncoming traffic.
