Road almost becoming impassable at times

Reported via desktop in the Flooding on Road category by David Pinder at 17:10, Tue 16 December 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8556138.

This problem has persisited for years and reported many times. Over the years the Council have repaired potholes at the bottom of a dip in the road however water does not drain off the road and the pot holes keep returning. Water runs down the lane from the farm and the gulleys are all blocked The land adjacent to the road on the same side of the farm is lower and the water could easily drain into this but the gulleys continue to be blocked and only the pot holes are ever repaired. A new resident in Wyfold had a puncture because of one of the potholes here. When flooded you can not see the pot holes and it is almost impassable at times

Council ref: ENQ251068856
