Gully drain blocked

This drain was partially cleared before but is still blocked with gravel and tar. Also some local builders have recently tipped a bucket of liquid pink plaster down the drain. We have tried to clear it ourselves but it needs drilling with your special machines. This area floods and causes problems further down the road.
