This drain regularly gets blocked causing the road to be impassable for vehicles and pedestrians. The Pelican crossing is unusable due to the huge flooded area and is dangerous as pedestrians have to quickly walk to a safe place far from the crossing. This is dangerous with on-coming traffic.
