Sent to Broadland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 85541.

I have had a front window completely shattered by a ncc grass cutter. they admitted liability ( i was standing behind the window when it happened )agreed by phone to pay and send the payment direct to the surplier. now over two months later the supplier is chasing me for the money, they now say they are not paying
