Vehicle abandoned

The aforementioned vehicle has now been laying in situ/static for approx 3/4 months, it appears to have been seriously damaged in an accident and possibly moved to Limes Rd beckenham, the vehicle is taxed although has no valid mot, the vehicle is taking up a valuable parking space and there appears to be no interest whoever the owner may be ? Please can you contact the owner for clarification ? and arrange for it's removal either by the owner or bromley council. Thanks Richard Solari (resident) surrounding area
