Willow walk bridge not fit for use

Your website won’t let me position my report for this on the bridge, but this is a council issue. The new bridge on willow walk that was installed a couple of years ago has lost the majority of the screws holding the slats down. It makes it incredibly dangerous to walk/run over, and catches bike wheels also. It needs to be fixed asap please. The bridge is already incredibly slippery when wet or icy, this is making the risk of falls worse.
