Raised & cracked pavement/footpath

Due to the roots of the council tree on Mosyer Drive, it has caused the pavement to rise up and crack in multiple spots (as shown in photos). It is not only causing a trip hazard on the asphalt right by the tree, but also raising up the paving slabs leading towards it. Both are causing serious issues to residents (who are predominantly elderly in the area and have mobility issues).
