Constant running water, I think out of a drain. This was looked at last year but has started happening again.

This problem has been reoccuring for at least 10 years - the highway drainage pipe must be blocked and therefore when the drains are in use it floods out of the manhole cover then flows down the highway. In winter conditions this makes it very icy.

Weter is coming coming out of all manhole covers and drains all down the hill from Brixworth to wards Spratton. I have reported this many times over the years and nothing is fixed, I warned this is lethal when the water freezes on the hill - the reposponse posted on 22 December is the same as the response posted the year before and the year before that but now the problem is much worse - the small amount of water that lifted the tarmac last year has been pushed out by the water pressure and has been replaced by a much larger hole
