Double Yellow Lines Hidden Across Driveway

Hi there, We bought 96 Redland Road in 2013 and for the last 12 years there has been 'Double Yellow Lines' across our driveway and next door 'Snapdragons Nursery' disabled access/now kitchen. We continue to find safety issues with being parked over and would like to enquire when the lines will be repainted please? This year all the bays have been repainted and we were hoping we could get our yellow lines repainted please. Very happy to pay for this service if it meant we felt safer entering and exiting our property (being next to a school etc). Thank you for reading this message.
