Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8546383.

All lights in the car park for Fairlight/Longview house have been out for weeks. Very dangerous now winter is here and daylight is limited. Not sure who it needs reporting to.
