Somebody has put loads of rubbish in our bin and now it’s overflowing and there is bags and rubbish all around the bin and in the front garden. The bin men only take what’s in the bin so when they collect the bins I will be left with loads of rubbish and bin bags all round the bin which will fill my bin back up and it will be back overflowing by bin day. If somebody could come and collect all the rubbish I would be very grateful thank you
