Parked cars causing an obstruction

Two parked were parked on either side of the road (where the are no restrictions) causing an obstruction, so other vehicles couldnt pass. This is dangerous if emergency service vehicles needed access and shouldn't be allowed to happen. Yellow lines are needed on one side.

Updates

  • I received an email from the council explaining that my issue was a parking enforcement problem, however when i reported the problem to the council's parking enforcement team in the first instance (and then police), they said that both cars were parked legally. So everyone passing the buck and not taking responsibility.
