Broken glass and rubbish

St.Pauls Road and every street off of it is disgustingly filthy. Broken glass, litter everywhere. The bin men leave half of the recycling uncollected. Arlington Villas behind the church is absolutely disgusting. Every street I walk my dog along has broken glass. We have to walk in the road. The slippery wet leaves are a hazard too.
