Dog fouling daily where the rear footpath meets the pavement

Very regular dog fouling on the pavement near the junction to the footpath which enters the rear of numbers 1 - 12 fane close , ive only just bought the flat so ive seen lots of dog mess for 3 weeks now i am clearing it myself as people are stepping in it bringing it into the building this regular dog walker needs to get caught via cameras . i cannot see a dod waste bin either
