Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to report significant damage to the footpath located on Sandiland road near house 68 and 70

The damage consists of several raised and cracked pavement sections, creating a significant trip hazard for pedestrians. This issue extends for approximately 2 meters along.

Could you please advise on the process for reporting this officially and when we might expect an inspection or repair?

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
