Blocked drainage causing large puddle

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8540700.

Every time there is heavy rain a huge puddle forms at the exit from the St Margaret's railway station car park which completely covers the pavement forcing pedestrians to walk in the carriageway to get around it.
