Unlit crossing feature damaging car tyres

Reported via desktop in the Bollard cover is off and causing a trip hazard/obstruction category anonymously at 18:47, Fri 12 December 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Crossing area juts into the road and is not lit. This image is the second car in the last 10 days that has hit the jutting feature causing damage to tyres. This evening was a car which blew 2 tyres, the one 10 days ago had a passenger in the car who was aged 90 and had to wait 4 hours for breakdown to replace blown tyre. Please get this fixed before a cyclist is killed or more cars are damaged. I see this has already been raised but nothing done yet.
