Top of tree has broken off and is balancing in branches

Reported via desktop in the Tree Requires Pruning category anonymously at 13:10, Fri 12 December 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8538971.

This Tree is on an access road where SEND students are brought to school, and right beside 2 disabled parking bays. I assumed this would be an emergency and phoned the emergency tree number, but was told by Benjamin it didn't constitute an emergency. I reported it here on 'tree needs pruning' because you didn't have the appropriate option. The broken branch/branches need removing and tree made safe as matter of urgency in case the broken piece which looks extremely heavy falls.
