Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to report that the same vehicle FN74HKG has once again been parked illegally on double yellow lines, creating visibility issues for both pedestrians and drivers on the road leading to the school during the busiest hours.

This is now a repeated occurrence, as the driver continues to leave the vehicle in this location, despite the clear traffic regulations that prohibit such parking.
