Unsafe and Illegal Parking by Delivery Van

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to report that the driver of a delivery van serving the nearby mechanical workshop has been parking illegally and obstructing the pavement during school drop-off hours, when traffic is at its heaviest.

Today, many people were unable to use the pavement because it was completely blocked by this van, forcing pedestrians to walk on the road among moving vehicles. This is a clear violation of traffic regulations and the Highway Code, creating a serious risk of an accident.

Please pass this information on to the company or the driver.
