Incorrect Parking on Double Yellow Lines

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to report that a vehicle with the registration number FN74HKG is parking incorrectly on double yellow lines, causing obstruction to the flow of traffic.

This happens during school drop-off times, when there is the heaviest traffic and the highest risk of an accident involving children.

Please inform the driver about the current regulations and that parking in this manner is not permitted.
