Very large 28 inch pothole

I fell off my bicycle cycling along the top of Tortworth Road Horfield Bristol and cut my arm. Others are falling off their bicycles and cars are getting damaged and stones are flying out hitting children walking to school. Please can a contractor come and fix this asap before more people get hurt?
