Several potholes on roads

There is SEVERAL potholes on the road causes carnage, as someone who is driving this road to and from work 5 days a week at rush hour in the dark. You are having to move over the other side or drive in the middle of the road risking having an accident with another vehicle. I have on several occasions hit the potholes, each day there is a new one appearing or old ones getting larger.

Please fix this quickly before someone gets seriously hurt or worse.
