Parked on path at side of park or on double yellows over the road.

This car constantly parks on path causing obstruction so elderly on mobility scooter or people pushing prams have to walk into the road. If it's not on park side it parks on double yellows. Last week Mon, we'd and Thurs, this week Mon, Thurs and Friday 12/12/2025. It seems to alternate each week. Around 3pm to 3.20pm on them days. Primary school closing time.
