Scott Hall Road is a dual carriageway with adequate parking either side of the road. Even when there are loads of spaces either side of the road 2/3 cars persist in parking in the green central grassed central reservation. It’s foiling the grass and the overall look of the area. Why is this being ignored and tolerated?
