Gully blocked- flooding

Train is blocked causing flooding by drop curb. Hasn’t rained for two days so this water has sat for at least that long. Also length of Alma Vale Road needs sweeping due to heavy leaf fall and blocked gullies on both sides of road from the corner of St John’s Road up to and beyond the shops further along.
