Deep and wide pothole

Driving out if the village toward A5199, there is a deep and widening pothole on the verge in the national speed limit section of Nortoft. Approx. 18-24 inches wide.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.

  • Pre existing pot hole getting bigger by the day. Just before national speed limit sign leaving Guilsborough. Road narrow here and could potentially cause significant damage if hit.
