Constant parking on path/double yellow lines

This car constantly parks on the double yellow lines at the top odmf Rookwood Avenue right near the junction of York Road.

  • I am not sure if the car has had parking fines for the 2 instances I reported

  • I reported only last week that it continues to park on both the path and double yellow lines. I do not know if the owner of the car has been served with a PCN and it has been paid, as I think it's only until they are hit their pocket they stop parking like this causing possible accidents as cars enter Rookwood Avenue and hit cats leaving Rookwood Avenue, hence the reason for the double yellow lines.
