A car completely blocking the pavement

Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8533065.

A car fully hidden under a grey car cover completely blocking the pavement. The whole car is FULLY on the pavement with no room at all for pedestrians and blends in the background on wet nights so you walk straight in to it. It has been there at least since Monday 8th when I walked into it.

Apparently the council can do nothing about this . The car had now been moved .
